Billing questions
What counts as one conversion?
One PDF document. A ten-page statement is a single conversion; uploading five files in one batch counts as five.
Do unused conversions roll over?
No. The free allowance resets at midnight UTC each day. Paid plans are unlimited, so there is nothing to roll over.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Pro is month to month with no contract. Cancel and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual Pro billing saves two months. Registered non-profits and students get 50% off — email us from your organisation or .edu address.
